All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Orders are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping within the United States

Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: estimated delivery in 1-3 business days

International Orders

We currently focus on shipping within the United States.

If you live outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at aloha@bigislandbigdreams.com. We’ll be happy to provide a personalized shipping quote and explore the best shipping options for your location.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

European shipping and local fulfillment options will be expanding soon.

Shipping Delays

While we do our very best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
